FFSA Leadership Track exists to equip staff for initiatory and servant leadership and giving opportunity for personal growth and development. To ensure all of our students have the same foundation level, we require that all students have graduated a FFX or DTS.
Yes, our heart is to develop and grow young leaders.
Our Leadership Track is the foundation for all on-boarding of new staff members. You are therefore not able to apply as staff without completing Leadership Track first.
You will be staying on our FFSA base. You will be accommodated in dorm rooms with
2-3 roommates. Our base offers as well staff kitchens and a staff living room.
Leadership Track is split in two parts. During the first weeks you will have lectures from Monday through Friday. Our topic include spiritual disciplines for leaders, time management, fund-raising, personal ministry development, calling, purpose and vision, identity of a leader, conflict resolution. The second part will be a practicum in one of our FFSA ministries.
